Because each Wagner Heritage item is made to order especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind
- Canceled vacations, events, or travel plans
- Buyer error after production has begun
Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
